We did it! We (Sustainable Haddington) have been given some money by the Climate Challenge Fund to host a programme of community events to raise awareness of climate change and how it can be tackled locally. We have quite a few ideas, and have organised some, but we still need lots more! So far we have a clothes swap and a food event planned (see events). Our very talented Events Co-ordinator Polly Cooke has been busy busy busy this week creating a fun display in our local library. We have information on some of our up and coming events, plus an ‘interactive’ notepad where anyone can leave comments and ideas on what they’d like to see us doing in the future.
